Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Charges

Our standard shipping charges are based on the total order value and the combined weight of the items in your order.

Free Standard Delivery

Enjoy free standard delivery on orders of AED 35 or more, provided the total order weight is less than 5 kg.

AED 10 Standard Delivery

A flat delivery fee of AED 10 applies to orders below AED 35, provided the total order weight is less than 5 kg.

Orders Weighing 5 kg or More

Orders with a total weight of 5 kg or more are subject to item-specific shipping charges, regardless of order value. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within two calendar days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order processing, delivery location, courier availability, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it for dispatch and arrange delivery through our courier partners.
